My system for capturing SaaS ideas without drowning

The failure mode is not a shortage of ideas. It is a folder of 400 bookmarks and no decision. I stopped trying to rank every idea and started giving each clip one status: Inbox, Validating, Building, or Dropped.

Capture stays dumb on purpose. If I am on a competitor’s pricing page, I clip it. ClipToShip files the type. On Monday the email tells me the count, not a pep talk. I pick one competitor and one idea. Everything else can wait or die.
